Founded in 2011, National Commercial Builders, Inc. is a vibrant and progressive company established with over 60 years of industry experience. We are known for our nationwide expertise in retail and commercial construction and specialize in restaurants, medical offices, and hospitality.

In our short history we have compiled a loyal client-base who knows us for our professionalism, workmanship, and commitment to helping them effectively grow their businesses. Our goal is to exceed every client's expectations, every time.


William "Jack" Robison

Jack has over 45 years of experience in the construction industry. As an apprentice he learned the invaluable skills of hard work and quality workmanship. He has carried these ideals through his broad array of experience on projects ranging from residential and retail to heavy industrial and government projects. He is most recently the recipient of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University with an emphasis in accounting. His experience from both the field and the office gives him an excellent perspective for his current position. His shrewd attention to costs, knowledge of construction law, and education in accounting gives him the tools to effectively navigate NCBuilders and our clients through the current economic landscape and forecast our future.

Steven "Steve" Francis

Steve has been involved in retail and commercial construction for almost 20 years. He has led many projects ranging from small, personalized retail tenant improvements to multi-million dollar big box retailers and malls. He is now an owner of NCBuilders, contributing to our progressive and energetic outlook on the industry. He constantly looks for innovative solutions by melding both new technology and his own creativity and experience. His hands-on commitment to each project begins at estimating and runs through turnover. Steve is always accessible to his clients in order to address issues and concerns as quickly as they arise. His dedication to each client and project has enabled him to establish long-term relationships with members of the retail construction industry. His current goals are to continue to strengthen and cultivate his existing relationships with clients as well as build new connections with industry leaders.
